Small Groups

Sunday School Classes

The Young-ish Adult Class provides a welcoming space for adults to grow in their faith and connect with others in a similar season of life. The class typically follows a book that focuses on the theme of blessing or uses a compelling story as a starting point for thoughtful discussions. Through these materials, participants explore God’s work in their own lives and His active presence in the world around them, encouraging deeper reflection and spiritual growth.

The Coffee Hour Group gathers in the fellowship hall for informal and engaging discussions on a wide range of topics. From science and politics to housing and the Bible, no subject is off-limits as members share their thoughts and explore different perspectives. This relaxed setting provides an opportunity for meaningful conversation and connection over coffee, making it a welcoming space for all.

The Faith Through the Bible Forum is a group dedicated to exploring Scripture in depth. Members read through the Bible together, engaging in detailed discussions about its passages, themes, and relevance to their lives. This class provides an opportunity for participants to deepen their understanding of God’s Word, ask questions, and share insights in a supportive and thoughtful environment. It’s a space for those who desire to grow their faith by studying the Bible thoroughly and reflectively.

The Discussion Class offers a unique and open environment for adults to explore faith and theology through meaningful dialogue. It began a few years ago with a group of individuals saying, "I don't believe the Bible is inerrant, but I'm not sure what I believe... let's explore that." Since then, the class has delved into various thought-provoking topics such as atonement theories, Richard Rohr’s 7 Themes of Alternative Orthodoxy, and a unit on simplicity. True to its name, the class emphasizes a discussion-based format rather than lectures, fostering a space where participants can share perspectives, ask questions, and deepen their understanding together.

The Sunday School Pop-Ups, led by Pastor Greg and Pastor Eric, offer short-term, focused units that run for 6-8 weeks at a time. These sessions dive into specific topics like the book of Jonah or thought-provoking themes such as “Why We Are the Way We Are” (WWATWWA). Designed to be engaging and accessible, these pop-ups provide a fresh opportunity for learning and spiritual growth for anyone looking to explore faith in a deeper way.

Specialized Ministries

Looking for a great way to connect with others and dive into engaging reads? Join one of our book clubs! We offer two options: one meets on the second Tuesday of each month and the other on the first Monday of each month. Both clubs provide a welcoming space for thought-provoking discussions and meaningful connections. Whether you’re a seasoned reader or just starting out, there’s a place for you to share your love of books and build lasting friendships. Interested in starting a new book club? Our children have incredible opportunities to grow in faith and serve others through a variety of mission-focused activities. Each month, kids can participate in God’s Diner, a hands-on program teaching them the joy of helping others. Every year, our Vacation Bible School (VBS) offers a fun and engaging way for children to connect with God’s love while learning how to serve their community. Throughout the year, we also provide other service opportunities designed to nurture their hearts for giving and build a foundation of compassion and kindness. These programs are a wonderful way for children to live out their faith in action!

Our youth ministry offers a vibrant community where students grow in faith and build lasting friendships. Through small groups, mission trips, summer camps, and monthly fellowship dinners, we create meaningful experiences that inspire connection, service, and spiritual growth. Whether serving others on a mission trip, diving into faith discussions, or sharing meals together, our youth are encouraged to live out their faith in impactful ways.
